You are entitled to the number of Sessions set out in your Plan. A Session is up to one hour in length or until your problem is resolved, for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Sessions will be counted by the Support person at the end of each Session.

As a registered Customer with us, you will receive updates about our services and products from time to time. That’s not all; you will be eligible for exclusive discounts as well.
